Registration

Registration will open in October 2024

Given the nature of the conference, the organizing committee shall reserve the right to refuse access to any attendee, without reason being necessarily given. In this care, registration fees will be reimbursed within 1 month after notification.

Exhibitors register your participation using the link sent to you in your booth confirmation.

The full registration fee includes:
* Access to all sessions
* Access to the exhibition area
* Conference bag
* Coff ee and tea during breaks
* Lunches
* Welcome Reception (Get together)
* Poster session
* Conference dinner

One day badges does not include Welcome reception, Poster session or Conference dinner. It can be added with a cost.

Accommodation
Accommodation can be booked at the Best Western Arena Hotel and Clarion Hotel View via the registration form.

Registration is binding and non-refundable. Change of name of participant/exhibitor can be done free of charge.
The delegate is responsible for providing complete and accurate information during the registration process. If an administrator needs to change or complete the information provided, anadministrative cost of 400 SEK will be added to the invoice.
